Caitlyn Vinci (she/her)

Thai Massage Practitioner

Licensed Massage Therapist

Caitlyn Vinci discovered her passion and talent for bodywork when she studied at the Florida School of Massage. She graduated with a certification from the Bodhi Sangha School of Thai Massage, and has had a practice rooted in the Gainesville community since 2015. She grounded her practice at the House of Yin in 2020 and currently provides Table Massage, Thai Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Therapeutic Cupping services.

Blending Relaxation, Connective Tissue, Neuro-Muscular, Deep Tissue, Polarity, and Hydrotherapies with Ayurvedic principles, she takes an integrative approach to bodywork using many different styles and modalities to meet each of her clients specific needs. Focusing on pain relief and relaxation, Caitlyn believes that there is a direct connection between stress, disease, and pain. Her work is built around the principle that the body wants to be in homeostasis, that it is not the therapist’s job to fix or heal the client, but to facilitate a holistic environment that brings balance to the body, mental/emotional clarity, and an overall sense of wellbeing, ultimately easing pain and discomfort, and decreasing the chances for injury and disease.

Caitlyn is also a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist musician. She performs locally and is one of the original co-founders of the band VOWLS. To learn more about her music go to caitlynvincimusic.com.

“Being cut off from our own natural self-compassion is one of the greatest impairments we can suffer. Along with our ability to feel our own pain, go our hopes for healing, dignity and love.”
