Thanks for being here, I am Elaina. I love having my private practice, Elemental Roots at House of Yin. We are here and continue to grow! My practices are rooted in my deep reverence and respect for the intelligence of our bodies and the natural world. We are interconnected with all things on this Earth and we forget in this modern age! Bodywork can help us remember. Remember the stories and experiences our bodies have held thus far. As we remember, we begin to settle into a place of awareness. This awareness welcomes us to sense the intricate details of our physical, mental, emotional, and energetic bodies. The subtle, soft, and ease start to surface. This is the space where we can feel trust, safety, rest, and integration in the body. My work is met with my heart’s inkling to peace and service. I have a spirit to learn and practice for life. My work integrates my studies in the realms of yoga and meditation, massage therapy & hydrotherapy, Thai massage, shamanism, mysticism, energy work, herbalism, crystals as conduits, sound therapy, tea and cacao ceremonies, tarot, pregnancy & birth, postpartum care, breathwork, and being in the wildness of motherhood. I take time to listen to the needs of my clients and we learn together. I work holistically with the body, knowing every area contacted interacts with the rest. I encourage anyone I work with to be in relationship with their breath as a way to listen, observe, and notice how you feel as work is received. The breath can assist the body in letting go. The experiences we’ve had leave impressions on us. We need to feel what needs our attention and care. We need to create safety to let go and work through the places in our bodies that feel hard to shift and change. We do this through the art of bodywork, energy work, sitting in ceremony, and being with our bodies intentionally. Making the time, holding the space, listening and communicating needs. We work together with integrity for the sacredness of the human beings we are.
